Speaker Credentials:

Born in Tokyo and raised in various parts of the
world such as; South Africa, New Zealand, Canada
and Trinidad and Tobago, Michiko attended a
Japanese university and then a US graduate
school.

Having closed a small importing business in 2006,
she decided to focus on US real estate investing
because of the huge potential it offers.

Since last year she has also started helping
people acquire properties. She also coaches
newbie investors.

*Herbert Street, November 2006
duplex priced at $40,000 and appraised at
$50,000, she got a loan which allowed her to
use the equity from the difference, and paid
only closing costs to acquire this house that
is grossing $1,275/mo.!

*Canfield Street, March 2007
single residential rented at $500, she bought
this cash at $15,000 and immediately got
appraised for $60,000! She is currently in the
process of refinancing. That means she will get
back MUCH MORE than what she put in.
